Return Policy

This Return Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Return Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my return options?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital items such as downloadable audio, video, ebooks, etc. are ineligible for any returns or refunds. If there is a problem with the file (e.g. will not play, corrupted or damaged) please contact us via shop@lindseyhon.comPlease describe the defect as clearly as possible and include proof of purchase. We will provide you with a solution or a replacement as soon as possible.

GICLÉE PRINTS

We generally do not accept returns on our Giclée prints (exception Right of Withdrawal). These are specially printed for each customer upon purchase with a corresponding limited edition print number. If you contact us within an hour of your purchase (shop@lindseyhon.com), we may be able to cancel the order before it is printed. If the item has already been printed, a cancellation is no longer possible. 

WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

As the purchaser, you are required to check the product immediately upon delivery for completeness, visual defects and / or transport damage and promptly inform us in writing with photographic evidence of the damage. Should your claim be verified, a replacement print will be sent to you as soon as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL RETURN

If you are a private EU resident, a 14 day cancellation period, except for any digital downloadable items, is provided for you by EU law. Please see the Right of Withdrawal Policy which is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions: EU Right of Withdrawal Policy

These Right of Withdrawal returns must be postmarked within the fourteen days of cancelling the contract. The package must be trackable. All costs for returning the goods is explicitly the purchaser’s to bear. The customer is liable for any damages and loss of value occurred to the goods while in their possession. Be advised, damaged items will not be subject to a full refund. We recommend photographing the items as documentation before shipment. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, including all contents, tags, labels and Certificates of Authenticity. Include your Return Merchandise Authorisation number that you received from our customer service after your declaration was submitted.

Refunds

In the event of a Right of Withdrawal cancellation we have fourteen days from receipt of the declaration to return all payments including original delivery costs (except for any additional cost incurred by the customer for choosing a more expensive method of delivery other then standard) to the customer. The same means of payment that was used by the customer for the original transaction will be utilized for the repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods. We will notify you by email when your return and refund have been processed.
