EU consumers under (§ 13 BGB) have a right to withdrawal from this contract for any reason within fourteen days of receiving their purchase. The fourteen days begins the moment the purchaser, or a third party named by the purchaser, takes possession of the item upon delivery.

To partake in the Right of Withdrawal the purchaser must contact us (Lindsey Hon Rubendall, Weserstrasse 36 A, 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany; Telephone: +49 3378 5429181; Email shop@lindseyhon.com) with a clear declaration and inform us of their decision to withdrawal from this contract (e.g. via letter post or email). The declaration of withdrawal from the contract must be sent within the fourteen days period to be valid. The customer may use the following cancellation form: Order Cancellation Form

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL 

In the event that a customer withdrawals from this contract, we have fourteen days from receipt of the declaration to return all payments including original delivery costs (except for any additional cost incurred by the customer for choosing a more expensive method of delivery other than standard) to the customer. The same means of payment that was used by the customer for the original transaction will be utilized for the repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods. The customer must send back the goods immediately and within the fourteen days of cancelling the contract. The package must be trackable. All costs for returning the goods is explicitly the purchaser’s to bear. The customer is liable for any damages and loss of value occurred to the goods while in their possession. We recommend photographing the items as documentation before shipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all contents and Certificates of Authenticity. 

EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is no Right of Withdrawal for the following:

1. Goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which the selection or determination of the purchaser is decisive or items that are tailored to/for the purchaser  
2. Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health reasons (products with hygiene seals) if their seal has been broken or removed after delivery
3. Services where performance has begun before the fourteen day Right of Withdrawal period has expired with the purchaser’s consent (e.g. downloading an e-book, downloading audio tracks, downloading video, etc.)
4. Delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodical illustrations with the exception of subscription contracts

By purchasing any of our downloadable digital items, you expressly consent to waive your Right of Withdrawal upon purchase as incorporated in our Terms and Conditions.
